A traveling exhibition from the National Archives will soon be on display (March 7- May 30) at the museum. Mug shots of prisoners from the Leavenworth Pen are featured, as well as the stories behind their past.

In addition, the newly acquired “Pretty Boy Floyd” items will be on display. Floyd was an infamous criminal in the 1920s and 30s who was arrested in Wyandotte County in 1929. William LaTrasse, a infamous train-robber from Armourdale will also be featured through his mugshots, documents, etc. I will post images of the installation next week.
